At the young age of 17, she found herself at a crossroad between love & basketball. Choosing love, which leads to her first heartbreaking experiencing she found her true calling instead, music. Her first freestyle to the Motions beat was in 2010 which featured, Dj Nadus now signed to Mood swing records. Following up, Juicy Jas released an EP called “Soul Searching” with a hot & heavy remix video to Asap Rocky’s “Purple Kisses” & “Keep it G.” She began releasing freestyle, gaining the respect & attention of her home state New Jersey. Life came quickly though, having to move out of state in 2011 to restart her life due to possible connections to murder & an attempted murder case, which later she was not found to have anything to do with the murders. Once again Juicy Jas found herself at another crossroad. Spending 6 months in Baltimore, Maryland, Juice had to learn how to survive & hustle on her own far away from home.
Returning back to her home state in 2012 & finding a deeper side to herself, Juicy Jas got right back to her love of music. Releasing a 14 track mixtape called “The Revelation” she again found the spotlight on her, getting love from New Jersey to California & even France. Releasing videos to her singles “Beauty” & “Molly World” her creative & lyrical growth was definitely vivid & refreshing to all her fans, Juicy Jas was ready to take over the Underground world of music. In the Summer of 2017, Juicy Jas followed up with a summer smash called Gold Flame. Being an independent artist is hard, and sometimes you have to choose what's more important at the moment, Rent or studio time?
So for some time, Juicy Jas found herself not in a position to invest in her career as much as she would like. Working a 9-5 unfortunately took the majority of her time and only allowed for music career stuff periodically. In February 2018 Juicy Jas was fired from her job at Cenlar. From February 2018 to May 2018 Juicy Jas slept on one of her good friend Jarniet's couch until she could find work again. Unemployment was helping her to pay her friend some funds for crashing on the couch, food and bare necessities, and studio time. May 2018 she was able to land another job and crashed with another friend until she saved up enough to move back out on her own. In September of 2018, Juice was back out on her own and in a better position to focus back on music.
From that point until September of 2020, Juice not only was an artist but managed and booked herself shows and appearances. Meeting her now manager George A in 2018 at work, they say sometimes you meet the right people just not at the right time. In September of 2019, George A became Juice's manager. In 11/2020 along with her good friend Yanira, G& Malone Enterprise LLC, a real estate wholesaling business was formed. Juice has also picked back up on the violin which she played at a young age for about 6 years until basketball took over her childhood. Juicy Jas has also been dabbling in the plus-sized modeling world, standing 5'9'' people often call her a Chocolate Stallion.
